A moment of appreciation for Caleb and Sarah, driving all the way from Oklahoma, going to a concert the night before, then getting up nice and early to brave our Texas heat and humidity for an engagement session at the Dallas Arboretum.
And guess what, it was worth it! It was so peaceful and calm walking around the arboretum that morning. And despite the many pumpkins scattered along the paths heralding fall, we still felt that summer warmth lingering in the air, which made having a morning session worth the early rising.
Caleb and Sarah were so sweet and easy to work with, even when we were rocking through the sunken gardens to capture pictures before a proposal happened, or when I was having them edge as close as possible to the flowers to create some whimsical layers in their photos. You’ll be stunned by Sarah’s eyes–I literally had to stop and ask if they were contacts! Caleb was a trooper–even with the day getting warmer, and us going all over the Dallas Arboretum, he and Sarah were both still ready and willing to bring more amazing portraits to life.
Well enough words from me, time to see a few photos from their sweet September engagement session at the Dallas Arboretum.
