Oh the fun of portrait sessions in Texas Februaries–on Wednesday it was lovely and in the 80s, but of course on Saturday when we had scheduled their session it was a high of 43 with chances of rain. Shockingly, no one was jazzed about doing a portrait session then.
So when the weather warmed up we jumped to do their session and made a family day of it– their son and ours are just two weeks apart, so we’ve forced them to be friends. We’ve managed passed the frenime stage at this point where they actually seem to enjoy each other.
Big Rocks Park in Glen Rose is becoming one of my new favorite photo locations. Ok, Glen Rose is becoming one of those “I need to come here more” places in general.
Those eyes y’all, seriously.
