Hannah had a vision. She wanted their engagement session to be inspired by Endless Love (the 2014 version).
After watching the trailer, I concluded we needed a location with lake vibes. She said, my parents have a lake house near Fort Worth. Perfect!
Then the deluge of rain happened, and while both Hannah and I liked the idea of a romantic caught-in-the-rain moment, I worried the forecast would give us more storms than we wanted. Our back up date ended up having beautiful clear skies and pristine lighting, and the location could not have been more fitting for Hannah and Conner’s session.
I watched the movie and made notes about different moments in the film I thought would transfer well to their session–dancing in the street, hanging out by the lake, cozying up on some stair steps, sitting on the dock.
A moment for Hannah’s gorgeous engagement ring. I love the uniqueness of her solitaire amethyst ring. Like the inspiration for this session (her favorite movie), Hannah is so intentional with the little details like having her birthstone for her engagement ring; and Conner is the best fiancé, supporting her (and me!) with bringing this vision to life!
I cannot wait to celebrate these two with a literal castle wedding fit for a princess. Seriously guys, she told me I could wear a princess dress to the wedding–isn’t she perfect? Counting down the days until we capture magic at Parson’s Castle.
