Dear Aussie,
You’re two months! It’s happened with you and all your siblings, that feeling of you just got here while also struggling to remember life without you.
I’m happy to report that mommy cutting out about half of her diet is doing wonders. Mommy just did her first wedding and was away from a whopping 14 hours and you did so well baby girl! You love smiling for your daddy (psst, he would love it if you called him Dee like your biggest brother did when he was little).
You love watching the world around, and with three crazy siblings like yours, you’ve got plenty to watch. There’s a never ending supply of arms that want to hold you—from your siblings, aunts and uncles, grandparents, mamas from co-op—there are so many happy to see you little girl.
I’m still waiting to see what your hair will be like. Every day you seem to look less like Evie and more like Row Row—it’s a fitting thing since Evie looks more like Ames. And if the light is right, you get a bit of a red sheen.
I’m thankful you’re learning the car seat means nap time, and that you will occasionally take a pacifier (none of your siblings did). I’m struggling with your wardrobe, you got daddy’s big feet so footsies aren’t fitting you easily. You’re holding your head up so well and are this close to rolling over.
Love you sweet girl
Mama
