My first memory of Biz was her and her sister to the zoo when Colton and I were engaged. And now I’m taking her senior portraits as she graduates from college! And if that change wasn’t enough, I graduated from Tarleton as well, so I had the surreal experience of noticing just how much on campus has changed since I went there. Also Biz i built like a model and wore heels–I’m not used to feeling short so lots of adjusting happened during this session.
But boy did we make some magic! We did a few of her high school seniors on this campus as well, but not while school was in session; thankfully, the areas where we did most of her portraits were light on onlookers–although I might have had to dodge some early Christmas decorations. It also helps that I’ve been photographing Biz for years, making her a pro in front of the camera.
She also shares my affection for a certain caffeinated beverage so we incorporated a coffee shop visit into our session to feature some iced lattes. Enough rambling words, go check out these amazing portraits!
