What an epic celebration of Bryan and Lauren’s whirlwind romance! And yes that pun is a bit on the nose because it was a windy day at Dove Ridge Vineyards, just outside Weatherford, Texas. While it made us get creative at certain points, like taking some portraits indoors, I love how romantic it made all of the photos.
Lauren and Bryan put together a great team of vendors. Events by Jade kept everything running smoothing, Ever Wild Florals made stunning floral arrangements. The pops of merlot and apricot against the dusty blues and dramatic views made for a stunning day. And, while it was by no means a small wedding, it felt intimate and so personal. Every soul I met was so happy to be there and celebrate these two start their day as husband and wife–of course no one was more excited than Bryan and Lauren!
To include family not present, their ceremony was live streamed in Paraguay and Germany (so that makes me an international photographer right?). Bryan and Lauren led everyone in worship, praising God for the role He has played in their lives and relationship (how else would a girl from Texas and a boy from Paraguay meet in the Middle East?).
After the ceremony and some absolutely stunning portraits, they enjoyed a reception filled with fajitas from Haciendas, romantic crooning from Mark the DJ, and a fantastic party that had everyone on the dancefloor.
