It’s so fun getting to share life stages with someone, even more so when you’ve been doing that since you were both 12. Getting to be pregnant at the same time as my best friend since junior high has been so great (which here means, we frequently called/messaged each other to vent about the craziness of pregnancy)–little Kallen will be about 3 months older than our little girl due in July.
So showing up at my friend’s house one morning with a stack of enchiladas definitely felt more like hanging out than a typical photo session, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t stop us from getting some gorgeous photos of her family! Please admire all the “cheesing” from big brother Ole and a moment of appreciating neither Kayla and Keegan balking at my suggestion that we do portraits right next to their bathtub because the light was just so good (things photographers notice right?).
