Colton and I had so much fun at the DFW Weddings West Bridal Fair, hosted at Stoney Ridge Villa, this past weekend. We got to talk to so many couples planning their weddings, but we also collaborated with several vendors west of the Metroplex, and I couldn’t help sharing some pictures of their work!
Pantone has declared 2020 the year of blue, and that was the springboard for this reception inspiration. Coupled with the European influences of the venue, our theme was “Old World Romance”. Farm table, a vintage lounge area, soft dusty blue linens, wine accent pieces–not to mention the cutest drink servers you’ve ever seen.
Our DJ added some spark when our “Bride and Groom” had their grand entrance to the reception, complete with a first dance and bouquet toss. I’d say it was a success since other guests thought they were watching a real live wedding!
